To Respond to Your Inquiries

When you contact us through our website or by email or phone, we use the information you provide to respond to your question, fulfill your request, and follow up as needed. We do not use your contact information to send unsolicited commercial messages.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. They serve a variety of functions, from keeping you logged in to enabling analytics reporting.

Types of Cookies We Use

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies: These cookies are essential for the basic operation of our Site and cannot be disabled. They do not collect personally identifiable information.
  • Analytics Cookies: These cookies allow us to measure and analyze how visitors use our Site. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for this purpose (see below).
  • Functionality Cookies: These cookies remember preferences you have set (such as language or region) to provide a more personalized experience.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Our Site uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"). GA4 uses cookies to collect information about how visitors use our Site. The data collected includes pages viewed, time on site, traffic sources, and general geographic region. This information is transmitted to and stored on Google's servers.

Google Analytics collects IP addresses but we have configured GA4 with IP anonymization enabled where supported, so your full IP address is not stored. The aggregated data we receive from Google does not identify you personally.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can also manage your ad personalization settings through Google's Ad Settings.

For more information about how Google uses data from sites that use Google Analytics, please review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Managing Cookies

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings preferences. You may choose to decline cookies, though doing so may affect some features of our Site. To learn more about cookies and how to manage them, visit allaboutcookies.org.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Site may utilize third-party services that collect, use, and share information about your visit. These services are governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

Google Analytics

As described in Section 4, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregated, anonymized usage statistics. Google may use data collected through its analytics services in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy. NuVida Biosciences does not have access to or control over Google's use of this data.

Email Delivery Services

When you submit a contact form or send us an email, your message and the contact details you provide may be processed and transmitted by third-party email infrastructure providers (such as our web hosting provider's mail server or a transactional email service). These providers are used solely to deliver your message to us and are not permitted to use your information for any other purpose.

External Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, including manufacturer websites and medical organization resources. These sites are not operated by NuVida Biosciences, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a legitimate legal request.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change through a prominent notice on our Site or by direct communication, and your information will continue to be protected by this Privacy Policy or a substantially equivalent policy.

We retain personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Contact inquiries and related correspondence are retained for a reasonable period to allow for follow-up communication and to maintain records of our business interactions. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Analytics data collected by Google Analytics is retained in accordance with Google's data retention settings. We have configured our GA4 property to use the minimum retention periods available.

If you request deletion of your personal information (see Section 9), we will make reasonable efforts to fulfill your request, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain certain records.

Our Site is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, children under the age of 13. NuVida Biosciences does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our products and services are intended for healthcare providers and medical professionals, not for minors.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at CustomerService@nbsciences.com. We will take prompt steps to investigate and, if confirmed, delete such information from our records.

11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a resident of California, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). These rights may include the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
