Built on the Biology of Placental Tissue
Placental tissue is among the body's richest natural sources of extracellular matrix and regenerative signaling — home to more than 50 cytokines and growth factors. Full-thickness allografts retain all three native layers: amnion, intermediate layer, and chorion.
Peer-reviewed characterization (Singh et al., International Journal of Molecular Sciences, 2025) documents that tri-layer placental constructs are several times thicker and contain substantially more total protein than dual-layer amniotic products — a structural difference rooted in the tissue itself.
