Advanced Wound Care, Built for Dermatology
Advanced tissue technology and specialty-built software, working together to raise the standard of wound care in dermatology. NuVida pairs regenerative allografts with Atlas|CD — the ordering and revenue-cycle platform built for modern, multi-location practices.
Dermatology is expanding its role in advanced wound care — and practices need a partner built for that shift. NuVida offers a service-first model that enterprise dermatology can rely on at scale: a focused portfolio of regenerative tissue allografts, a compliant ordering pathway, and an experienced team that answers questions directly.
Paired with Atlas|CD, this model gives a practice everything it needs to stand up a wound-care service line and run it cleanly across every location while maintaining a singular workflow.
Two Revenue Lines, One Platform
One platform, two pathways. Atlas|CD supports both an insurance-reimbursed pathway and a cash-pay pathway — managing verification, ordering, and documentation end to end — so your team can build a complete wound-care service line under one roof.
The 2026 Reimbursement Reset
In 2026, CMS reclassified skin substitutes from average-sales-price (ASP) billing to “incident-to-supplies,” aligning payment with the products’ actual Section 361 regulatory status. A single, brand-agnostic rate — roughly $127 per cm² — now applies across Q-codes, billed on wound area.
For multi-physician and PE-backed groups, aligning these products with supplies (rather than separately reimbursed biologicals) also simplifies long-standing compensation-design questions. Practices should confirm specifics with their own counsel.
This is billing context, not financial or legal advice.
Evidence & Research Posture
NuVida distributes products that are characterized in peer-reviewed literature and supported by active randomized controlled trials. We believe practices are best served by tissue technologies backed by real science and ongoing clinical research — not by acquisition cost alone.
